They have excellent chamber music training that exhibits to what level their artistic, instrumental and musical integration has reached. Bravisimo". In 2008, the maestro Nobre asked Mónica to perform his Piano Trio 4 with the Cárdenas Trio. Mónica has developed as an accompanying pianist and she trains singers since she can speak 5 languages. She has performed in concerts with numerous soloists, such as for the world renown dominican tenor Francisco Casanova, winner of the Francisco Vinas Competition in Barcelona. In 2001, she won 2nd place in a piano competition for the Community of Madrid. Afterwards she worked in the Zarzuela Theatre as a pianist of soloists and accompanying pianist in international competitions. Mónica has composed classical music for chamber groups such as: Piano Trio with Cajon (peruvian percussion instrument) inspired by afro-peruvian themes and rhythms; String Quartet (cuban danzon and mambo); a work for chamber orquestra and Cajon with afro-peruvian themes and rhythms from Lima. She has pleased to be able to fulfil her musical career in many different countries, in which, besides performing in concert, she also teaches master classes, chamber music classes, and works with young advanced students preparing for international competitions.
